I manage all financial matters of the Centre including:

preparing the Centre's budget, presenting it to the board for approval, and ensuring that Centre activities adhere to the budget
maintaining accurate financial records throughout the year to be reviewed at any time by members, other officers, or administration.
informing the Centre's directors and members of its financial strengths and weaknesses.
filing appropriate forms with the Canada Revenue Agency to maintain the Centre's status as a Registered Charitable organization.
disbursing funds and paying bills promptly as approved by the board of directors.
depositing centre funds & reconciling bank statements.
